Frequently Asked Questions

All shipments, unless previously agreed upon, to are curb-side delivery only. Delivery with installation and testing available in California contact Pro Tech for pricing. Prices vary based on mileage and access of delivery location. Island and equipment will be shipped on pallets and may arrive on different days.

Access Requirements:

If you are moving your BBQ through a gate, the minimum width requirement is 38”, unless the BBQ top is removed and moved separately in which case a minimum of 24” is required.

The location for all products must be on a flat, semi level surface. BBQ islands placed on an uneven surface may cause cracking to exterior and will not be covered under manufacturer’s warranty

Any hard wire electrical connections necessary must be made by licensed electrician.

Assembly is required on all BBQ islands with equipment and should be done by a qualified contractor. Pro Tech BBQ Islands is not responsible for damage of components or islands due to installation.  Electrical must be connected to a 15 amp GFCI protected outlet. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pro Tech does not furnish propane tanks. Customer must supply their own propane tank for all components that require propane.
